Personality:
Fiona is highly energetic, always chipper and up for something new.  However, sometimes she's too hyper for her own good, or will act without really thinking things through. With her pent up energy, she tends to have a feisty temper and a fighting spirit.  She is very compassionate towards others, and feels very disturbed when she sees someone being hurt or taken advantage of.  If something upsets or annoys her she will quickly speak out about it and take action, even though many times this gets her hurt or in trouble as well.  She's unafraid to pick fights to correct people who get out of line, but is often seen as a troublemaker for doing so.  Likewise she is still outspoken in casual conversations, and at times speaks her mind a little too much.    Unfortunately, she still tends to be quite naive when first getting to know people, willing to believe in anyone's good intentions initially without really looking at ulterior motives.


History:
    Fiona grew up in Snowpoint City of Sinnoh, where her family had lived for several generations.  She was the middle child of three, and thus spent her time fighting her older brother, and looking out for her younger sister.  Most of her time was spent in the shadow of her older brother.  He made it through trainer school with flying colors, and went off on his Pokemon journey at 15 with their parents whole-hearted blessing to one day be a famous Pokemon trainer.  Even after he left, their parents would always talk about how proud they were of their son, and how he was traveling the world and how he would bring fame to the family name. 
    Fiona on the other hand had no such luck.  She always felt a need to intervene and often clashed with school bullies, leading to multiple expulsion from several schools for starting fights.  After enough times, her parents figured she was better off taking care of her younger sister than studying, and left Fiona alone to babysit and practically raise her sister from early on.  Even though Fiona dreamed of going off traveling like her brother, her parents wouldn't allow it, saying she was too immature and irresponsible to go off and live on her own. 
    As she grew up, Fiona dreamed of one day being able leave home and explore on her own.  She even met some Pokemon of her own over time and soon grew old enough to leave even without her parent's approval and was ready to do so.  However, she choose to stay at home in Snowpoint a while longer as to not abandon her sister.  She would still often go the edge of town to watch it snow and think about what the rest of Sinnoh would be like.  Finally, one late night after putting her sister to bed, Fiona dreamed of the legendary Pokemon Cresselia who asked for her help by joining the Spirits.  Fiona agreed wanting to protect seemingly helpless people like her sister from the Demons.

Other:
Fiona has some Pokemon of her own, but doesn't know very much about training or battling.  They're more so companions than a pokemon team.

Dream world:
In her dream form, Fiona has Delphox like forearms and lower legs, but the rest of her is still human.
Fiona relies on her staff to channel her fire skills.  Her fire powers aren't actually reliant on it, but she's out of sorts with out it.  She can still cast some weaker attacks without it. 
She gets furious if anything happens to her staff, which tends to make her offensive psychic powers stronger as a result. 

Pokemon "Team":
Leon/Glaceon  ♂:  Met at Lv 22 on Route 217; One time Fiona tried to run away from home but not too far out was attacked by a wild Zubat.  Prim was far too weak to fight, but Leon appeared from hiding and protected them.  The Glaceon helped them get back to the town Pokemon center through the blizzard.  Since it was unusual for a wild pokemon to protect unfamiliar humans and Glaceon weren't very common in the wild, the nurses though he might have previously abandoned before coming across Fiona and Prim.
Sal/Sneasel  ♀:  Met at Lv 30 near Acuity Lakefront;  A defiant Sneasel who followed Fiona home from the lake one day and has been around ever since.  She's a bit stubborn and selfish, and wouldn't dare listen to listen to Fiona when battling but still sticks around for some reason.  (Maybe the free food?)
